Milan, 1st April 2015, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Centrex Italia S.p.A. approved the Financial Statements for the year ended as at 31/12/2014

In 2014, the Company operated successfully in the Italian and international context, realizing a turnover of 316 M€, related to 1.064 million cm of natural gas sold (+ 10% compared to 2013). The key income indicators show a value higher than the year before. The Profit for the Period has grown reaching up to 1,5 million Euro, while the EBITDA has increased from 2,2 up to 3,5 million Euro.

In line with the strategies adopted, Centrex Italia continues to pursue a growth policy that looks for  expansion opportunities in all segments of the gas chain in Italy, a diversification through the launch of new activities and services and the expansion on strategic markets in Europe. Furthermore, the trading activity, today active in main hubs in Europe, continues its expansion thanks also to the Group’s international positioning and a flexible and diversified supply portfolio.
