Non-obligation to provide data

With the exception of what is detailed above for browsing data, the user can decide whether or not to provide their personal data in requests for information or other types of services provided by Centrex Italia S.p.A.. The failure to provide said data may however make it impossible to obtain the service requested.

The data voluntarily provided will be kept for 24 months from the collection of the data, unless otherwise required by law.

The data voluntarily provided by sending a curriculum in the section “work with us” will be treated for evaluating the consistency of the profile with the open job positions and, in general, for the management of the selection procedures, as well as for contacting the user in order to fix an interview by using the contact details provided. The legal basis for this treatment is art. 6 par. 1 lett. B of GDPR. The provision of the data is optional but the eventual lack of data will result in the impossibility to evaluate the curriculum for the selection of personnel. The data voluntarily provided in the section “work with us” will be kept for 24 months.

Area of communication and diffusion of the personal data

By reason of the treatment that the user may choose, the personal data can be communicated to those subjects, nominated as external data processors, to whom the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes above described. This, without prejudice of the guarantees for the interested parties.

Transfer to the data abroad

The personal data can be transferred within EU countries for the purposes described in the paragraph here above.

Processing methods

The personal data are processed with automated tools for the period of time strictly necessary for fulfilling the purposes for which they have been gathered. Specific security measures are followed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Data subject rights

In compliance with article 15,16 and 17 of GDPR, data subjects have the right to obtain, at any moment, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data, and to check their accuracy and/or to ask for the data to be supplemented, updated, amended or deleted.

In compliance with the same articles, data subjects have the right to request that their data are deleted, transformed into anonymous form or blocked if processed in breach of the law, as well as the right in any case and for legitimate reasons to refuse their processing.
